Ruben Dario Vasquez is an award-winning Screenwriter, Editor and Director.
He began filmmaking in the early 2000s, cultivating relationships with fellow creatives in New York City, these relationships would lead to web series, TV commercials, music videos and documentaries. Quickly growing as a filmmaker, he now is building a portfolio of his own written and directed dramatic work. Including his directorial debut goodbye!
Stylistically Ruben Dario Vasquez visual language is inspired by noir crime thrillers, bright visual art, graphic novels and science fiction films. Today he is known for his unique camera angles, long takes with little to no movement and the use of color to emote certain feelings in his Independent Films.
